My family and I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds with fresh pillows. the bathroom was well-maintained and had modern amenities. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist with any inquiries. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center.

We found that some of the common areas could have been cleaner.

Location was convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. the room had a decent view from the window.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor, we found ashes on our pillows and bedding was dirty. the air conditioning unit smelt like smoke and the room had broken furniture.

Stayed for New Year's Eve and had a great time. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel offered some great amenities like a fitness center and an outdoor pool that we enjoyed.

There were some negative aspects, including the fact that the walls were thin, and we could hear noise from other guests. The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovations.
